About MyoFlow Massage

Rooted in neuroscience and the ancient intelligence of Thai Yoga Bodywork. A practice built on listening — to tension patterns, to breath, to what the body already knows.

The Practitioner

Where Science Meets
Ancient Wisdom

My path into bodywork began with a simple obsession: why does the body brace? Not as a philosophical question, but as a lived one — I watched people around me carrying tension that no amount of rest seemed to dissolve.

Training in Thai Yoga Bodywork opened the first door. Here was a system that had been answering that question for 2,500 years — not through force, but through rhythm, breath, and a kind of attentiveness that Western bodywork rarely cultivates.

The neuroscience came later, and confirmed what the practice already knew: the nervous system is the key. Every chronic tension pattern is, at its root, a nervous system pattern. Work that bypasses the nervous system is, at best, temporary.

A Special Focus

Healing the Healers

Healthcare workers, nurses, therapists, teachers, caregivers — those who pour out day after day carry a nervous system burden that most bodywork doesn't specifically address.

This work is designed for them. Not a reward at the end of a hard week, but a genuine recalibration — a reset of the baseline so the work of caring becomes sustainable again.

Healthcare workers and caregivers receive priority scheduling and a standing discount. Because the people who hold others up deserve to be held.
